Studying the critical success factors of ERP in the banking sector: a DEMATEL approach

The aim of this study is to determine and separate the critical success factors (CSFs) enterprise requirements planning (ERP) into causes effects. For purpose, literature has been reviewed branches a bank have selected. Based on pair wise comparison questionnaire relevant decision making trial evaluation (DEMATEL) technique; collected data analysed. Findings indicated that project management, education, commitment support senior managers are among cause variables technology infrastructure, business perspective, communications, change participation groups effect variables. By applying approach study, service firms such as banks particularly studied can better implement their ERP projects.
